- The following rules apply to the 'Refer a Friend' Program and constitutes an agreement between Unibet and the account owner in relation to the Program. By joining the Program, the account owner agrees to the applicable Terms and Conditions.
- Terms and conditions
- 1. The Refer a Friend program consists in inviting friends to register at Unibet and receiving a bonus / bonuses depending on the number of invited friends in one program. The bonus/bonuses will only be available once your friends fulfil wagering requirements

- 2. The program will run only when a friend registers an account with Unibet through the link received from you. Your link to invite friends you can find after accepting this offer.
- 3. You cannot invite friends who:
- - Friends who do not live in Ireland
- - Friends who live in the same place and / or use the same IP address as you;
- - Friends who already have a Unibet account;
- 4. To receive your bonus, your friend shall:
- a. Register through the link that you will send him (via Unibet, through the Refer a Friend page) within 30 days of you accepting these T&C.
- b. Make a deposit
- c. Wager (subject to contribution weights as defined in appendix 1 and appendix 2 below) a minimum amount of €500 in Sports Bets and/or €1,000 in Casino/Games/Live Casino within 60 days after you have accepted the Refer a Friend Program. Cashed out bets do not count towards friend wagering requirements.
- 5. Once those conditions are completed, you will receive a bonus in your Unibet account within 72 hours
- 6. In context of the Program, you will receive one (1) bonus per valid registration of Friends you referred to Unibet. The maximum number of Friends that can be referred by the same Unibet account holder is 3 in one program.
- 7. You accept and understand that if your friend registers through a route different than the one described in those Terms & Conditions, the referral will not be valid, and the Program not activated. Hence you will not receive the bonus.
- Appendix 1: Contribution to the Wagering Requirement for the Casino Games
- Stakes from all games in the Unibet Casino will count towards the Wagering Requirements. However, stakes in certain games will contribute less to the Wagering Requirement than others, as detailed in the following table:

- Contribution weights example:
- If your Friend plays on Video Slots, he contributes 100% towards the Wagering Requirements. Thus, if he wagers €70, he will make the fulfillment of the Wagering Requirement progress for a value of €70. However, if he prefers playing with live dealers in our Live Casino, his stakes will contribute 10% of the wagered amount towards his Wagering Requirements. Thus, if he wagers €70 in Live Casino, he will make the fulfillment of the Wagering Requirement progress for a value of €7.
- Appedix 2: Contribution to the Wagering Requirement for Sports betting
- Only bets with a minimum odd of 2/5 (1.40) are included in the turnover, live and pre-match bets counts.

- These Promotion Terms and Conditions including any applicable instructions on www.unibet.co.uk ("Promotion Terms") apply to all Unibet promotions. By entering you accept and agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms. In addition, Unibet’s standard Terms and Conditions and Rule Book ("Standard Terms") also apply (available at www.unibet.ie). - 4. Unibet reserves the right acting reasonably and without prior notice and in accordance with its eligibility requirements, bonus abuse policy and internal trading risk policy to:
- (i) withhold, restrict or cancel this Promotion from individual account holders; and
- (ii) reclaim any bonus funds, enhanced payments or winnings from bonus funds.
- 5. Except as outlined in these Promotional Terms, amendments to Promotions will not be made after you are opted in, unless you accept any such amendments.
- 6. Unibet may, at any time, make minor amendments to this Promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this Promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.
- 7. Unless otherwise specified in writing, in the event that you are required to travel to take part in any event, you are responsible for making all your own arrangements (including insurance).
- 8. Unibet accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any end user during any of these Promotions.
- 9. Unibet’s decisions in respect of any matter(s) concerning a Promotion are final, subject always to your right to refer a decision to Unibet’s complaints policy as described in the Standard Terms.
