- Live tournament satellites for UDSO events run indefinitely.
- Players can only win one tournament package for every stop. Any additional packages won will not be exchanged, are not transferrable and the value will be lost.
- Customers can win seats up to the amount specified in the event qualifier descriptions in the poker client. Any seats won over the permitted limit will not be exchanged, are not transferrable and the value will be lost.

- If you win a seat/package to an event and do not attend it, you will lose the value of the seat/package unless one of the following conditions occurs:
- The event is cancelled before the advertised start date
- If any of the above conditions occur:
- Package winners will be able to move packages to another live event of equal or lower value. Any difference in value will be paid out in cash. Winners can also have their packages converted to bonus points.
